student discount

Dear ASUS India Team,

I have successfully registered and received confirmation that my student account has been verified for the Education Store program. However, when I log into ASUS Education Program, I am not seeing any student discounts applied on any products.

I have:

• Logged in using the verified student email (college ID)

• Cleared cache and used incognito mode

• Tried checking multiple products including [ASUS Vivobook S14 OLED]

But the discounted pricing is not visible to me, the price is showing same for me and a non-education member.

Kindly look into this issue and help resolve it at the earliest.
