Hi Asus Team,
Recently i have a purchased a laptop from flipkart but now i'm face a problem. My screen is sparkling when i open my vivobook. Also I have a share a video on my laptop issue
So i request to all kindly change my device and give new same device please aknowledge this.

It is recommend referring to the following FAQ to uninstall your graphics card driver and then reinstall it to see if this resolves the issue.

If the problem persists and your laptop is newly purchased, we suggest contacting your dealer to check if a return or exchange is possible.

Was this issue resolved? I am not getting any response or service from ASUS. Wanted to know if ASUS won't support for service.
