Sample rate selection not available

Why can't I select the sampling rate for the built-in microphones, stereo mixer and headsets (including Bluetooth headsets)?

Notebook model N7400PC (X7400PC)

Realtek driver version V6.0.9231.1

Could you please provide me with the BIOS version and operating system build number you are currently using? 
Have you tried removing the audio driver and reinstalling it?

Tried reinstalling the driver - didn't help.

After confirmation, it has been determined that this is due to Realtek's manufacturer/driver not providing access to the related options.
