I have an issue with Ms Store, it doesn't open and I have checked how to fix it on Internet, youtube and soon but without success.

Ms Store issue

Pl check in safe mode, if not work out, then try to clear system cache. If still not work then I guess u need to format your lapy. If system restore is enabled in ur system, then u can restore it back to old stage

I too experienced same issues in three times , but i didnt formatted instead i did upgrade current version to next version using setup.exe file.
try below method.
open the powershell command with admin rights, and type the below line and press enter.
Get-AppxPackage -allusers Microsoft.WindowsStore | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}
