If you do a clean installation, write down on a piece of paper the order of installation of the drivers, I think the problem is buried here. But I doubt it will help at all, I have already described my experience

Arjun CI tried installing Window 11 22H2, did a clean install, and then installed the drivers but still the same, but now i lost the Vesa HDR certification 😭 How to get that back?
