Cannot Register my product, Submit button Greyed Out

Hi there, I don't know if its correct website or thread to discuss about this so sorry if I did wrong.
Thing is I just brought a Graphic card Asus TUF RTX 3080 10G V2 LHR a week ago and when i am trying to register it by putting correct Serial Number and date, the submit button  is greyed out for me.
