System Modes: Ultra & Durable have no effect?

Has anyone found that they have any effect?Even battery saver from developers menu doesn't do anything perceivable.Having dynamic at 60hz is the same as all of them.Are these modes bugged?

Can we get a partial screenshot for zenfone 9? The crop utility is the old pre android 12 too, and it's just slower to screenshot -> edit -> crop with the utility instead of having a dedicated partial screenshot shortcut that launches into crop mode ...
