I gave you names of cheapest sound card out there and also i personally use 2 sound card and this one performs the best, the other one costs 720 rs and still give me issues. You can try out the type c sound card but i cannot garuntee that it will work. You are free to try. You need a splitter because the sound card got 2 slot, one for mic and one for sound so you need the splitter so you can connect your headphone with the splitter.
