Heating up while charging

When ever I out my ROG Phone 2 on charging it starts heating up.
It all started after the latest software update.
The battery discharges quickly also, in comparison to pre - software update.
Please Help..!!

The phone getting warm to the touch while charging is perfectly normal. It will cool off as you reach full battery.
