Ear pice not working suddenly on my 6z

At last it got hardware issue my ear pice is not working while making calls, while only in speaker can hear the sound, why asus make this in a falgship model like this? Really disappointing

Sounds like hardware issue. But to make sure it's not software, please reset your device before you give it to ASUS Service Center
