ASUS ROG PHONE II, 4G connection issue

i bought this phone around august and since i got it it always have H+ connection and need to manually reset my sim to get 4G for couple of mins and goes back to H+ and now it worse even if i reset it it stays H+, would like to ask if you guys have same issue?

Other users have successfully fixed this issue by contacting their wireless carrier for an alternate SIM card and/or updating their APN settings. Please contact your wireless carrier and see if either of these options will work in your case.
