Why doesn't X mode allow you to set more than 60 FPS?

I connected the ROG Phone 9 Pro to the capture card, the X mode was 60 FPS, how can I fix ??

 just enter in armoury crate and select X mode and edit, just select the Hz like 120hz for 120fps no more if the game don't run more than 120fps because this generate frame pacing if you put 165hz or 185hz the fps feels like 90fps, 120hz = 120fps 1:1, if the game go 165fps put 165hz

If you are having this issue then it could be several things, like the cable not supporting DisplayPort out or a compatibility issue, a normal USB-C cable will not work for what you are trying to do.
