Whatsapp and tiktok notification

My rog 9 fe phone didn't show the detailed message in the notification dot in the home screen on my phone, only after i read all the messages then they showed the message, please fix this problem as it is frustrating to not able to see messages through notification dot for more than 2 messages from different contacts

Does this happen only with WhatsApp? Or other messaging apps too? And how often does this happen?
To report this to the dev team I am going to need the Firmware version you are on, you can find it by going to Settings > System > About phone > Build number.

It happens to all the application that i have on lock screen, tiktok, whatsapp, shopee, etc 

 this is my build number, please help me fix this as i am unable to see people messages not could i see my packages detailed messages on home screen, thank you very much

It happens all the time when i am on the screen , the only way i can see is either slide down the notification bar or turning off the Screen and see through the lock screen

Also there is a bug when i watch tiktok and i turn off the screen, when i open it again, the (tiktok) application becomes dim, i have to go back to home screen and clik on tiktok again to be bright again. I am unable to show the picture because the screenshot is still bright, but in reality, when i turn off the screen at the same time tiktok is still on,
