Rog phone 9 pro app crashing

Anyone experiencing app crashing after the latest update as soon as i open the app it just crashes happened on taptap cn app and some chinese apps too 

Try reinstall the app not working download an older version doesnt work too

Mine seems to be ok. Maybe a mod can help. Can you upload any logs for them to review?

Hello @EliteVis 

Which apps are you experiencing issues with? And which firmware are you on?
When reinstalling the app I would recommend clearing the cache to delete the leftover information before trying again, since that could be causing an issue, you can do this by longpressing the app > App info > Storage & cache > Clear cache and Clear storage.

I have the same issue since I bought the phone but it got a lot worse since version 35.1810.1810.381

Even for light use (youtube, whatsapp), phone very frequently go beyond 40 degrees, and with the 65 Watt charge sometimes I can barely touch the phone without using a thick TPU cover, battery drains quickly aswell

In often play Wildrift, that on Rog phone 3 was running at 36-37 degrees at 120 Fps, now on Rog phone 9 it is always at 43 on same graphic settings

Like I said months ago, it's clearly caused by a very bad background optimization, but since then the problem only got worse

For some reasons the phone also can't connect anymore to Wifi 7 since the last update mentioned above

This is very odd and I am not able to recreate your issues.
Have you tried doing a factory reset to see if it solves the issues?
