Aeroactive Cooler X pro firmware update keeps failing

Hi everybody,

Recently my cooler stopped working. I'm using an ROG phone 9pro (firmware 35.1810.1810.346). It keeps saying that i need to update the accessory's firmware, but when I do do it says failed everytime. It also doesn't recognise that it's plugged in sometimes and I cannot use the charging port of the cooler too.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
