I haven't looked into this yet, but is it really impossible to open the bootloader on an Asus? Well, I know that the next batch of gaming phones will no longer be Asus, and do you happen to know why they banned opening the bootloader?

Its not only Asus is doing that more companies or doing that for a long time now. They don't want people to temper with the phone that has there brand name on it. Google is also making it harder every android update to. For sample someone is unlocked its bootloader to bypass security or something bad happens to that person. What will happen is they are not going to say its the Users fault like it used to be, nah mass media is going to complain its the manufacturer fault to give access to it.

Of course it's user error when I unlock the bootloader there are clear daily conditions like losing warranty and access etc... for example I'm trying 4ad options both through frida and ine and I need root but thanks for the information that Asus blocked this at least I know what I won't buy in the future and that is Asus
