Rog phone 8 fingerprint not working

 The test show my fingerprints scanner is working but when I try to setup fingerprint it just lights white and there's no vibrate.No error just don't want to register my fingerprint

That's very odd, are you in the latest firmware?

Sometimes it could be that a screen protetctor or even very dry hands can produce an issue, please follow the steps in our FAQ https://www.asus.com/support/faq/1015495/

i don't know how to update to lastest firmware,I already removed my screen protector at the beginning.When I bought the phone I didn't even try once the fingerprint scanner
