No update? ROG phone 8

I understand that the people who make the updates are not robots who are 24/7 working on bugs and that you have to be patient, but the last update was March 25th. The phone only has 2 years of system updates but they update it every 2/3 months. It's already been a year since it was released, at least they could have included the security patch of the month.

So the update is still less then a month old because it was end of March. There schedule now is ROG 9 series / Zenfone 12 Pro >> ROG 9 FE >> ROG 8 series / Zenfone 11 pro >> ROG 7 series / Zenfone 10. Sometimes the Zenfone get the update first then ROG or its reversed. (You can figure it out by tracking the releases).

If there is a big Android update it will take longer.

I wrote a post too, several days ago. It's a shame Asus, shame. Even my wife's Samsung S21FE is updated monthly. Maybe this '2 years system updates' slogan means after 2 years :-))
