Oh good, they noticed the weather-widget issue. Now to see if their fix works...
In the meantime, I had tried Weawow and Breezy, and found that Breezy updated reliably. Gonna keep it installed too just in case. I liked their biggest Material widget with the hour and week forecasts, but couldn't change its background transparency, unlike the smaller ones.
