Charging port issue

My bottom charging port isn't giving hypercharge anymore and my powerbank cord won't charge either on the bottom port.

If i were to charge on the side port, it charges and disconnects. Can you please help me

Charge using the side port and keep the device still for a few minutes.

If the charge frequently disconnects, it suggests the charging board or connector may be loose or damaged.

Go to Settings → Battery → Check for HyperCharge status or run the manufacturer’s hardware diagnostic if available.

If the issue continues on both ports, seek professional repair because the charging IC board or flex cable may require replacement.

Asus use a different Voltage and Amp to trigger Hypercharge. Maybe the cable is bad or your ports are dirty. What you can do first it use the original 65W charge brick and cable that comes with the phone that should trigger hyper charge everytime.
