My bottom charging port isn't giving hypercharge anymore and my powerbank cord won't charge either on the bottom port.
If i were to charge on the side port, it charges and disconnects. Can you please help me

It sounds like your bottom port might be damaged or dirty. Try carefully cleaning it with a soft brush or compressed air. If that doesn’t help, it may need a professional repair. Also, make sure your cables support fast charging, as not all cords do.

I appreciate the reply!
I tried using a soft brush but it didn't work. I don't want to repair it as it could cost lots that I'm sure 🥹. Do you think this could possibly be a software issue?

Hello @LanceV
Are you using the original charger and the original cable?
If you are and this is still happening please make sure to reach out to your closest ASUS Service Center so that they can look into it.

Clean and Reset the Charging Port Power off the device completely.
Use a soft brush or compressed air to gently clean the bottom charging port.
Dust or debris can block proper contact for HyperCharge.
After cleaning, restart the device and try a different original or certified charging cable and adapter.
Check whether HyperCharge returns.
This solves most cases where the port becomes partially obstructed or the cable is not making full contact.
