Dear Asus Team,
After the latest V111 update, many ROG Phone 8 Pro users are experiencing severe battery drain and overheating issues, even when using the external cooling system.
This problem cannot be resolved by performing a factory reset or through the available optimization settings. We are aware that in the Chinese version, updates V118 and V120 have already been released, but these only address minor gaming bugs and do not fix the critical battery drain or overheating problems.
👉 We urgently need to know:
:warning: Many users are affected, and we are desperately waiting for an official and effective solution. This is a premium device, and we expect premium-level support.
Please, we kindly ask for a prompt response. @Titan_ASUS @Admin @keren_ASUS

Good words. I think, that people at Asus did not understood this. Every year new model, faster and faster.

Nah thats the problem with the current market. People want the fastest phone with the newest chip after the chip gets released. Thats why Xiaomi Mi series are selling like hot cakes . Its the first phone with the newest chip every new generation.
For Asus the are only fighting against there self because they don't see Redmagic as a competitor.

I think the same. While laptops are good, the phone turned out to be a disappointment... I wanted to have the fastest device on the market, but it turned out that it is only faster than others in benchmarks. If much cheaper competition can optimize well, it means that it is not hardware but rather software. If you cannot fix it, then at least allow modified software. People will show you how to use such powerful equipment, but only thanks to good software, thus proving that it is possible.
