Hello, can you guys help me about Aero Active cooler X pro. I buy it for ROG Phone 8, it says can used for this phone. But it can't activated

Yes. When i ask to official store in Indonesia, they say it can compatible to Rog phone 8, but when I attached it, and it cannot activated

The Cooler X Pro is indeed compatible with the ROG Phone 8, I would recommend reaching out to your retailer or your closest ASUS Service Center, as there might be an issue with it.
