After update microphone stopped working and then attempted to restart the device, only for it to get stuck on the boot logo. Tried a hard reset - nothing. Very frustrating to have these problems at this price point and seems to be a common issue unfortunately. I have had several ROG laptops over the years and a ROG PC - this makes me never want to buy Asus again
