 I have noticed that many of you have asked Asus about downgrading to the A13 system, but Asus has said that it can damage the phone and that the downgrade is not easy to do. That's a complete lie. I downgraded the A13 system during warranty service (not the Asus service center, but a normal general phone service center) and they said that the downgrade is not a problem and there are no risks involved, and that the downgrade was just as easy to do as for any other phone. I don't know what Asus is doing but I think they just won't admit that the A14 system has bad problems and they won't humble themselves to give us a downgrade to a stable A13 system.

Asus has also said that it could be a hardware error, but it really isn't, the problems are caused by their own unstable updates.

I downgraded to a stable WW_33.0820.0810.241 system version, now the phone doesn't have a single problem and works like a dream.

Edit: If I get a downgrade file from that maintenance company, I will give it to all of you because Asus doesn't do it ❤️

Hi Sam, I reached out to Taiwan office and this is what was replied back with: Thank you for your inquiry. Sorry, in order to ensure the security of mobile phone system information, ASUS official website only provides the latest version of firmware.

"Royal Service Center does not perform such downgrade operations and firmware. Hope you can understand."

"If your phone does not work properly, since there is no cross-border repair service in Taiwan, you need to first send the phone to relatives and friends in Taiwan, and then ask them to send the phone to a repair center."

Hi  Hrag2052, I have also reached out to them for a downgrade files a week ago and they told me the same thing man. Asus service center won't downgrade our phones. We should look for another alternative to revert back to A13.

Hello, I got downgraded through the shop where I bought this. Here in Finland, the seller has a 2-year error liability, which means that if there are problems with the device that are not caused by the customer, the seller has to pay for the maintenance, and if it doesn't help, the seller has to replace the product. In my case, the seller suggested that they send the phone to the Finnish warranty service center and they also paid for this downgrade, which cost 100€.
