Hotspot bug, sometimes it cant be seen by others

 I experiencing some bug, i turn on my hotspot feature, but it can't be seen by other phone. Already restarting the phone, but the result is same. Need to turn on the Hotspot several times till it can be seen by other phone. Seems need time till it normal again. 

I generate logs for this bugs. General log and Wifi log.

I received a reply and it does seem like your hotspot is working as intended, but I can recommend trying the following:
1. To change the hotspot settings to 2G only, as the devices might not recognize 5G
2. To enable the hotspot through the settings menu instead of using quick settings.

Please try this and let me know if it solves your issue
