Havent received update for android 15 for my ROG 7

Hi pls help me, I havent received my update for android 14 and 15. Still stuck at 13 from 2023 till now. Is this normal or not? I try to find  details for update manually but the page for the update is not available. Im from Malaysia so maybe other have the same problem. Any help will much appreciated. Thank you

You have to search about FOTA updates. And download the file on asus website.

If u meant by the file on asus website, I did search but it showed me this. Or is there other file that u can help me with? Thanks
