aero active cooler 6 is continuously updated

after connecting aero active cooler 6 to the asus rog iphone 5, it stopped working on my asus rog phone 7, started updating endlessly, help, I reset the phone to factory settings, it didn't help 
the latest update on the phone

You may try to put your fan to another ROG 7  to update to "correct version"

Or, you may try to find another fan to connect your phone to let everything go back to normal
