Always ask you to go the service center which can't solve the problem there already have several owner claimed this plus for my situation, i own rog 3 and 8 pro, both are out of warranty period, don't want to deal with have myself paying for the repair dramas, i live in NYC, been going through the service center that they provided which shown micro center are certified service spot, but i went to micro center they said they don't do phone repairs or service, only the Asus computer.....apparently the issue happened after certain updates, the camera were fine when we first own the phone, yeah so either told us there is a hardware issue from the factory or confront there is a firmware bugs Cuz it's not just happened on one or two of us..... Have the engineer team look into the problem and fix it as soon as possible, this happened not just one generation of the rog phone but multiple even with rog 9.....
