If you have not recovered HD, try the following steps.
clear netflix cache
Clear Netflix Data
and Finally uninstall NetFlix
Reboot the smartphone
Reinstall NetFlix
it was a procedure that had to be done on a Samsung, on another he had to uninstall-reinstall
