"I do agree with the root part of the problem . But I have been using asus devices always and all of them are rooted , none of those device have a single problem ."
The loss of the warranty due to root is a joke and Asus is one of the worst because it even records the unlocking of the bootloader, even without root it is already a condition of the loss of the warranty.
Fortunately, in Europe our courts rule in favor of the user, it still takes time to initiate legal proceedings and that the price of the device justifies it, such as the rog 5. I have been a Tasker user since the 1st version, I also sometimes optimize Android, the Root is therefore essential, but I always keep my phone previous to this use, the root of the rog 5 will be in 13-14 months, if it has not fallen into broken by then 😞
"But don't you agree to the fact that the reason I had to submit it to a third party is because of the negligence shown by the Asus service center I took it to ? Way before I even thought about submitting it to a third party , I went to the Asus Authorized center first . The actions and the lack of information provided by the staff was the reason I had to submit it . Yet you would want to pin the fact that I submitted it to a third party dispite of the actions taken when I did the right thing ?"
Unfortunately, this is the mistake you should never make, you have to look for all possible solutions and remedies before going through an unauthorized third party, it's the same for all equipment, from the washing machine to the car, valid also for insurance if you have it repaired without a written agreement before the visit of the expert
"And A mod did send me a message to submit few specific details including RMA and other details which I did but yet I did not receive any updates from him either after submission ."
follow up with the person until you get an answer
