Hello. Please can you help me to re-register Asus Rog Phone 5 in my account after it was already registered before by somebody else? Since the phone was bought from a Used Products shop I don`t need/expect any extra guarantee being already old. But I will need some help in order to upgrade it to the last version of android since the phone stuck at android 11 and update via OTA wont work! It`s the Chinese Tencent version ZS673KS, CN_1005D. Thanks.
