When I was playing with my cooler on plugged on a charger and bypass charging on i suddenly noticed it disconnected and now the cooler still works but the moment i plugged in my charger it will disconnect and reconnect then if i continue using it, it says that im not eligible for using the frozen mode despite me using the stock charger and cables. I feel like this is just a software issue because when i plug my phone it still able to charge in Hypercharge mode. Can anyone help?
