My Asus rogphone5 does work with 5g services of jio in india

I have enabled 5g in my settings and is at the latest update at Android 12, and there is 5g coverage in my area but when I try to get, it isn't working

How are you sure you have 5g coverage in your area? is it from the same sim tested on another phone or a different brand? also be aware 5g and 5g SA are two seperate standards and are not the same, so enable the 5g standalone setting too as thats what Jio uses
