What is your current app version and check what is the latest version available.

Also are you saying Device is not certified seeing from play stettings.

Last firmware version WW-33.0210.0210.0242 shows certified if play store is up to date.

@Falcon_ASUS I am also facing same issue in my Rog Phone II from past week. What is going on?

I have never ever unlocked bootloader or installed any custom rom or rooted. Also my device is running on the last latest update that you guys provided WW-18.0210.2201.215. I also have an asus laptop and now I am thinking to shift to another brand if this is what you guys want!
