Hotspot & Tethering & screen cast not functioning after update to android 11.

Model Name: Asus ROG3
Firmware Version: RKQ1.200710.002.WW_18.0410.2108.158
Rooted or not: still original ROG3
Frequency of Occurrence: everytime when function wanted to use.
APP Name & APP Version (If your issue relates to the app):
In addition to information above, please also provide as much details as you can, e.g., using scenario, what troubleshooting you've already done, screenshot, etc.
Please help me on this issue.i need to use screen cast function and also hotspot & tethering either coz nowdays a lot of works to do during pandemic.hopefuly technical staff can briefly to me shortly & simple to overcome this issue.

Same problem with ROG 5
Now I am sure it's pure ASUS firmware bug that make this happen
For now you can try downgrade your phone to A10 and wait for ASUS to release new firmware to fix this

No need, just factory reset it and you're fine. I use thetering all the time and it works just fine. Something went wrong when updating to Android 11, it happens. Google still hasnt figured out how to write a proper update mechanism.
