Failed to unlock the device

When I try to unlock my device using the unlock tool it says failed to unlock the device please try again can anyone tell me what to do?
My Android version is WW-17.0823.2104.147

Exactly I also tried this on Android 11 but it didn't work so I had to downgrade it to A10 but still the same problem I have no idea what's wrong?
Hope someone will give us the solution for this.

Probably just Asus incompetence to update their unlock tool to support their latest Android 11 releases, is anyone even surprised.

I got the same error even after downgrading. While searching on youtube, found one apk which helped me to unlock the phone even on A11. Sharing the link to the youtube channel. You may download it and try:
