Drain Out battery and not charging.

I just got back my Rog Phone 3 today, and I tried to turn it on but it will say battery low and I try to Charge it and it just reach out 2% and after that, I tried to on after 30 minutes it will not on and he got stuck on 1% until got 0% and got stuck on 0% and my phone starts blinking fast red light and it won't charge. Any Suggestion Because I already tried to charge it 4 hours ago but nothing happens.

When you connect your charger, does the device indicate that it recognizes the charger?

at first try to charge there was a screen pop out saying fast charge ++ and 2% then after a while after an hour I try to on my Phone seems its stock to zero Percent and after a while, it will never on already just keep fast red blinking

already try to volume down + power but still, nothing happens it will only stop the red blinking but the screen will not boot up
