Try clearing the storage and cache of Armoury Crate, then reboot your device and try again.

I have same issue....my rog 3 fan cooler cant connect with my phone.....already clear cache and do reset idk what happen

Was there a solution on this? Because I have the same issue with my aeroo active cooler 3. Rgb lights and it's ports are working but the fan does not. I have two aeroo active cooler 3 just bought another one but with same issue. I'm a fan of ROG so Please fix this problem, thank you. very much.
