Hello,
I’m reaching out to ask if anyone has information regarding an issue with the Asus ExpertBook B1500CBA-0062X. It appears that this device cannot install the Windows 11 24H2 update. Despite meeting all system requirements and running the latest BIOS and drivers, the update either doesn’t appear via Windows Update or fails during installation.
Is this a known compatibility issue for this model?
Is ASUS aware of the problem, and is there any planned fix or firmware update to address it?
Any guidance or official statement from ASUS would be appreciated.
Best regards

Hi
What / Which OS are you running?

Everything works fine on Windows 11 version 23H2. However, updating to version 24H2 caused system boot issues. The problem first appeared sometime between January and March at 24H2 launch, and there were multiple reports of update-related errors during that period.
Microsoft later acknowledged compatibility issues with certain ASUS hardware. They eventually marked the issue as resolved, but depending on your model, some users might still experience problems after updating.

@Kraven
May I ask if your current issue is that you are unable to update the system to version 24H2, or is it that you encounter boot problems after updating to version 24H2?
If it is the former, could you please provide a screenshot of the error you encountered?
If it is the latter, could you describe in more detail the boot issue and the usage scenario in which it occurs?
We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
