Second monitor connected to my laptop is blurry.

Hello, I recently bought the ASUS TUF F15 gaming laptop and i'm very happy with it. Only I also bought a second monitor to connect to my laptop but the screen doesn't look completely crisp, i've tried changing the settings and stuff but i can't seem to get it to not look blurry. My 2nd monitor is the aoc 1920x1080 144hz gaming monitor. I was wondering if anyone would know a fix to this. I've found out that the problem may be that te monitor is connected to the integrated graphics of the intel processor instead of directly connected to the laptop gpu. Could anyone help me? thanks!

Have you tried changing the cable and updating the graphics card driver?
Could you please tell me the full model name of the laptop you are using?
