Request for WHQL monitor drivers - Asus FX 505

Detailed description：
We are trying to download the driver package containing WHQL .INF file for our Laptop Screen Display, but on your web it's not listed or published.
Actually, our windows 10 detects the screen as Generic PNP monitor, and then, on NVIDIA the screen not appears as selectable for games. It only shows our second display connected via HDMI, with the Samsung WHQL drivers installed.
Could anyone help us?. Thanks

Can we go back to the beginning and explain more of the initial issue?
You have a Samsung external monitor? which model is it?
How is it connected to the device? direct HDMI to HDMI? any hub or ?
So the external monitor is not being recognized? or it is recognized but not displaying?
Or when it is connected, your laptop screen is not working?
