Product already registered

Hello,

I can't seem to access my device anymore and when I try to add my device with the Serial Number i got an error " Serial Number already registered. I have recieved an email from asus a year ago saying someone tried to register your device and I have missed that email. Any help is appreciated. Thanks

I have the same problem. My new laptop is already registered. Is there a way to get the laptop under my name?
