Detailed description：after an update for my bios to V309 any game gets a low fps freeze every certain time, and its horrible, like for overwatch its way worse, to the point that idk if i'm using graphic card or not, but i'm using it, i don't know if the update made my computer activate an limitation, i checked everything and nothing happened, so i decided to install the previous version of the BIOS back to V307.... but still the same problem and i'm desperate to do anything to get my fps back to normal.
