hey there, i have a two #XT9 zenwifi's and since the last update(3.0.0.4.388_24668) AImesh is not working anymore. I do have internet as one of the XT9's is directly connected to my modem.
i am trying to register one of the #XT9 but i am not able to register the product as it says "invalid serial number"?
anybody who can help me? as i thought after registering the product i can talk with #customersupport. Iwould like to fix my issue with the AImesh - as i will need both routers workings obviously.

Someone reported a similar issue with a multi-pack. I believe the solution was to use the serial # on the box/packaging...
