While the latest firmware has fixed some issues with iPhones disconnecting... I'm having new problems with devices, iphone and various IoT devices appearing to be connected to the Wifi, but with no internet connection! For my iPhones, toggling wifi off then on fixes the problem usually, but with some of my IoT devices, including my home security system, that is not so easy to do, and it is particularly concerning with my security system as it could obviously negate the point of having it if it can't be monitored while I'm away, so this is a very serious issue that needs to be looked into and fixed ASAP!!
Anyone else having these issues with the latest firmware version 3.0.0.6.102_56813?
Can anyone from Asus please comment and escalate this issue??
Thanks!

I have the same problem with my BT8 and iPhone 15 Pro Max. Need to restart ny Phone several times a day cause it’s extremely slow or not working at all. Other devices still work fine and my Phone works well on other wifis and the Nest wifi pro I switched from..

My problem is hopefully solved with the newest firmware. I haven’t been forced to reboot my phone since upgrading! Fingers crossed. Still needs to have QoS activated to not have <10Mbit upload over Ethernet instead of ~950Mbit/s.

@ren08, @Udd3n, have you folks checked the BT8 syslogs. Via the web interface->System Log. Does the log show errors? If you haven't done so already, submit a Feedback item and include the logs. I hope Asus responds to us! When I tried FW 56839, I had lots of errors and disconnects in the log.

Yes I agree I hope we a get some kind of fix soon- initially I was hopeful there were a few updates in a row and things are better than the firmware I had in January- but it's still unstable with all the intermittent sluggishness and loss of internet which seems to randomly affect devices.
There's a lot of settings and I'm mostly on default settings at this point- and it's so tedious to play with the professional settings... Anyone have any luck or insight to know what the best settings are or if it's a particular setting like beam forming etc that could be causing our problems?
I do have a bunch of errors too and have submitted the feedback to Asus a few times.
It's been almost 2 months since the last firmware update- come on Asus, help us out!!

I’ve given up. Never buying another asus networking device. It’s a shame too because i also own their g14 laptop and it’s excellent but this experience has definitely put a sour taste in my mouth with the asus brand.
