I recently purchased a brand-new ASUS B650M-R motherboard, and I am trying to register it to my ASUS account through Armoury Crate. However, I am receiving a notification stating that the product is already registered to another account.
Since this is a new item, it should not have been previously registered or associated with any other owner. I would appreciate your assistance in verifying the status of this motherboard, releasing it from any incorrect association, and assigning it to my account.
If possible, please also confirm whether there is any record indicating prior ownership or registration, as this would be unexpected for a new purchase.
