ThunderboltEX4 NVM31 downgrade tool

Hello!

I have an ROG STRIX Z790-F GAMING WIFI motherboard and ThunderboltEX  4 card. I've heard that there is a tool available to downgrade to NVM31 in order to use Thunderbolt 2 devices on Windows 11...

Can somebody please help me to  get the tool?

Hi there,

I only just found out about this. My thunderbolt 2 interface no longer works since i upgraded firmware of the ROG MAXIMUS XIII HERO to nvm 38 

Would the nvm downgrade tool work for me?
