Thunderbolt Downgrade NVM31 Solution for Thunderbolt 2 devices

Hi!

I recently got a Z790 Maximus Hero, suddenly my Apollo Twin Duo MKII can't be found in my devices. I have seen there is a downgrade tool but I can't seem to find it anywhere, does anyone have it available and would be so kind as to send it my way?

Hello @Jiaszzz_ASUS could you please DM me with the Thunderbolt4 NVM31 Downgrade Files?
I had successfully used it before on ma ROG MAXIMUS Z790 Hero, but after reinstalling Windows and drivers my storage tower does not work anymore. Also where can we check the NVM version?

OK, forget it. It was making no sense that reinstalling Windows would affect the firmware I had already downgraded bust despite efforts I still couldn't get my thunderbolt 2 device to connect. But today everything works again for no apparent reason and from the Thunderbolt control center I can now see that the firmware is still NVM 31. So I'm all good.
