Problems with new mainboard (ASUS ProArt x670e creator wifi)

Dear Community

I have bought new components for my computer. They are:

1000W PSU Corsair
Asus ProArt x670e Creator Wifi
2 Nvme SSD Samsung
2 SATA SSD Samsung
AMD Ryzen 7950X3D CPU
2x 32 GB Dominator Corsair Platinum RAM

I had some problems at the beginning and had the RAM, motherboard and PSU replaced. Everything worked fine until my RTX 3070 TI gave up. Now I've given my colleague his old GTX 1070 (as I'm waiting for the new graphics cards).

But now the motherboard shows me a white VGA and yellow-green BOOT symbol. What could be the cause of this? According to my colleague, the graphics card should be working because it was used shortly before. My Samsung Odyseey G9 OLED screen seems to recognize a signal but then says that I should connect the Displayport device.

I'm getting desperate and don't know what else I can do.

I would be very grateful for any ideas.

Greetings
SleeperSimulant

Hello,

With the assembled components, it is recommended to try clearing the CMOS once and then reset the BIOS settings, especially the RAM overclocking settings, to Auto or use the default RAM profile in EXPO mode.

Most issues like crashes, black screens, or reboots are often related to RAM incompatibility with the CPU and motherboard. Make sure to follow the QVL list of your motherboard.

Additionally, for further assurance, check if your graphics card is listed in the QVL as well.
